That's what I do. And for nearly two decades, I did it one person at a time.
But there are too many women stuck in the same patterns to keep doing this only in pairs. Gen X women who have spent decades being capable, reliable, and endlessly available for everyone around them — while quietly losing track of themselves in the process. Women who sense something is off but can't name it. Women who are exhausted by their own lives and don't entirely know why.
So I'm building this work at scale.
